It would have been too bad if the winery had decided to not produce liquors, and more so with its excellent grape marc. They are the basis of our Aguatope, Aguayerbas, and Aguaplácida.
The first is a liquor aged in oak barrels for four years and that ends up with 48% alcohol content.
Aguayerbas is an herbal liquor that follows an ancestral recipe and is a fantastic digestive with its 27% ABV.
Aguaplácida is the result of the maceration of the liquor with the seasonal cherries for ten months, with the addition of herbs among which the mint stands out. It's the smoothest, 26%.
